  While Zoey's portfolio is great, and even some of her work is great, her patronizing and frankly ridiculous behavior while she is performing her job outways any positive she might have. Twice now when I have gone to her (I figured maybe the first time she was just having a bad day so I gave her a second shot) she has been above and beyond disrespectful to me, my husband, and a friend I brought in with me. She continuously used snide remarks like “I am performing a small miracle on your eyebrows” and “what have you been doing the last couple of years, living as a caterpillar?”… I consider myself a very tolerant person, but when she up and walked away from me in the middle of my appointment because I told my friend to answer my phone for me (her response was that she had clients who were much more devoted to her time then prattling it away with deflecting phone calls). What’s worse is she spent both appointments telling me I was making her late and how dare I (which I wasn’t I might add… she finished both appointments exactly as scheduled). It is her prima-dona attitude that has unfortunately made me swear off this salon in its entirety despite the fact that Jen (hair stylist) is great and gave me wonderful service. Going in to see Jen isn’t worth having to look at Zoey ever again. If you intend on going here, go straight to your hairstylist and avoid the bleach-blonde makeup artist at all costs.
