  I’ve only had good experiences here, but my most recent one was so good that I’m finally writing a review. I’ve taken maintenance classes, bought a bike which I love & shopped for parts & add-ons. This time I was looking for women’s-specific bike shorts for wearing under other shorts or skirts, and Lauren helped me. She had personal experience with many of the products and was very educated about the ones she hadn’t tried herself, she obviously does her research. She is was helpful and patient about my questions and dressing room time, no pressure to buy. I’ll be continuing to shop here & to ask her for help- everyone here is great but she’s my go-to!
